Retreat South is not just a retreat. We are a private psychology-based therapeutic retreat in South West Victoria. We specialise in the treatment of psychological and physiological issues including Depression, Anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
We provide an individually tailored program for each of our clients, which includes activities to promote mindfulness such as yoga and meditation.

Retreat South is set in the quiet countryside along coastal Victoria. Our peaceful location and mindful and relaxing activities are important factors in your daily routine as our client. By learning these techniques, our clients can continue to use them in their daily life and self-care.

Retreat South is also pleased to provide respite support, leisure, and mindfulness activities for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clients or their carers. Our team has extensive experience in providing capacity and social skill-building activities.

Our team can help you establish holistic and healthy techniques including mindfulness, yoga, deep breathing, meditation, and healthy eating and food choices. Our clients also enjoy high-quality individual accommodation as well as recreational and capacity-building activities.
